If you are not satisfied, you have the right to revoke your purchase at no liability to you.

Our courses are intended for people aged 16 and older. Anyone under 16 may purchase our courses with verifiable authorization from a parent or guardian. The Company shall at no time be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the User.

Use

By using our website inafinstitute.com (hereinafter the "Website" or "Web Page"), the User agrees to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, so we ask that you read them carefully before using it. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use or browse the Website.

The User's access to and use of the Website are subject to these Terms and Conditions and to all applicable local laws. By accessing, browsing and/or registering on the Website, the User fully and unconditionally accepts the content of these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that no prior agreement between the User and the Company shall be valid.

The Company has the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the Website after changes to these Terms and Conditions are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes, so we ask that you review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

When the User registers on the Web Page, they expressly consent to receive notifications, announcements, contracts, reports, documents or communications related to products and/or services. They also agree to receive emails with the information mentioned above.

Registration

The User may visit our Website and view its content without registering; however, to make purchases on our Website, the User must register and choose a password. The User must provide the Company with truthful, current and complete registration information. Notwithstanding the information provided at registration, the Company may, at its discretion, request and/or review additional information to verify the User's identity.

The account is personal, unique and non-transferable, so under no circumstances may it be sold or assigned to another person. It is accessed with the personal security password the User chose, which must be kept strictly confidential. Accordingly, the User is solely responsible for all transactions carried out in their account. If the User detects any unauthorized use of their account, they must notify the Company immediately. Usernames that are offensive or contrary to good morals are not allowed. The Company reserves the right to cancel the registration of any User who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who misuses the Website.

The User must notify the Company of any irregular activity they notice in their account, it being understood that the Company shall under no circumstances be directly or indirectly liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from a failure to comply with this section.

The Company may reject a registration request or cancel a registration already accepted, without this giving rise to any right to compensation for the User. Users who have previously been disabled may not register again on the Web Page. Nor may anyone register who is included in, or related to persons included in, national or international sanctions lists, whether tax-related or of any other nature.

Returns and exchanges

If there is an error in the description, product image, quality, payment terms, applicable offers or the price of the product, the Company has the unilateral right to cancel the transaction and refund the price, if it has already been paid. Likewise, if the User identifies an error or discrepancy in any of the above cases, they will be entitled to request the corresponding refund.

If you want an exchange or a return, you must call +52 55 1331 6225, stating the product you purchased and the reason for the return or exchange. Please also note that for this process you will need to pay the shipping cost of the return and send the product to our address.

For returns, include in your WhatsApp message the account number where the refund should be made. For exchanges, let us know by WhatsApp message.

Tax or transaction receipt

The User may request the Comprobante Fiscal Digital (CFDI, Mexico's digital tax invoice) via WhatsApp at +52 55 1331 6225. Whenever they request it, they must provide their Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC, Mexico's Federal Taxpayer Registry number), full name or legal business name, ZIP code of their tax address, tax regime, the tax use of the invoice, email address and the purchase confirmation number.

Payment

Payment for the product will be made with credit or debit cards issued by banking or financial institutions incorporated under the laws and regulations of the United Mexican States and accepted by the credit or debit card payment gateway, or by any other payment gateway the Company chooses. The Company may review, through its Bank or on its own, the information provided to complete the online transaction, even after the transaction has been completed electronically, and the User must prove, when requested, that the information previously provided is correct.

If there is any discrepancy between the information provided on the Web Page, the information provided to the Bank and the information collected when preparing the delivery of the products, the Company may suspend their delivery until the information provided is fully validated. If the payment gateways used by the Company to process payments issue an alert or notice regarding a payment made, or regarding a credit or debit card, questioning any aspect of the payment or of the use of that card, the Company may suspend delivery of the product to the User until the User clears up the reason for that alert or notice with the bank.

The Company will notify the User in writing, by any means, of any incident that occurs while processing their payment, providing the information they need to go to the bank and resolve it. Once the purchase has been made through the Web Page and the payment has been authorized by the corresponding payment gateway, the User will receive a notice that the payment was completed successfully, the purchase confirmation, and follow-up notifications about it.

If the Company detects that any person is impersonating a third party, or is using another person's banking information and/or credit or debit cards to purchase any of the products on the Web Page, the Company, acting in good faith and in accordance with the law, will do everything in its power to assist the true owner of the banking information and clarify the situation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company will review each case individually to determine whether a refund is feasible.
